On the HUB Knoxville project, PS=Ø delivered both structural performance and schedule acceleration—helping the team move 2 months faster while improving the overall quality of the build. By allowing for restraint to shortening to happen, without impacting the critical path, PS=Ø created a structure that effectively transfers load and shear while reducing cracking and delivering a higher quality finished product. With the system specified early, DCI was able to eliminate pour strips entirely—streamlining workflow, simplifying sequencing, and freeing up valuable space on site.

The result was a cleaner, more efficient jobsite and a better end product—proving once again that PS=Ø doesn’t just speed up construction, it improves it at every level.
