Project Overview
2+ Months Gained. Results Delivered.
At the University of Utah’s Impact and Prosperity Center, PS=Ø helped the Okland Construction team do what traditional methods couldn’t: maintain a full 56-day curing period without delaying the schedule.
By eliminating pour strips and the need for backshoring, the team accelerated the project by over 2 months while achieving a higher quality concrete finish. PS=Ø allows for natural volume change in the structure—reducing cracking risk, improving concrete quality, and creating a safer, more streamlined jobsite.
This project demonstrates how PS=Ø supports engineering intent without sacrificing speed—giving contractors, owners, and design teams a smarter, cleaner way to build.
