Project Summary

Easy Solution for Tight Jobsite and Tighter Schedule

The Lincoln Katy Trail residential project faced major challenges—limited space, tight timelines, and a critical pour strip cutting through both living units and the garage, where trades stored materials. To keep the schedule intact and improve efficiency on a cramped site, the team turned to PS=Ø.

By eliminating pour strips and the need for shoring, PS=Ø accelerated the project by 2 months, freed up critical garage space for material storage, and improved trade access across the job. The result? Smoother workflow, improved safety, and better use of space.

Javier Landeros, who worked directly on the project, shared: “The pour strip was splitting the building in half. PS=Ø gave us a way to maintain proper movement and curing without disrupting the schedule. After using it on the first building, we saw how easy it was to install and how quickly our subcontractors adapted. It worked so well, we used it on the second building too.”

PS=Ø’s hands-on support, delegated engineering design, and straightforward integration helped turn a high-pressure situation into a streamlined success—proving once again how the right system can change the entire course of a project.
