Project Overview
Eliminating Wall Restraint - Without Delay
For the Millcreek City Hall project, Okland Construction partnered with PS=Ø to eliminate pour strips and reduce wall restraint throughout the structure. This strategic move accelerated the schedule by 2 months and allowed trades to work more efficiently and safely.
By releasing stiff elements within the frame, our system helped the team avoid RTS (Restraint-to-Shortening) cracking—a common and costly issue in post-tension builds. The result was a smoother construction process, fewer engineering headaches, and a safer environment for everyone on-site. Millcreek City Hall stands as a strong example of how PS=Ø enables teams to build better, faster, and safer—without compromise.
